Ahead of the curve. By design.
Complex organizations require more than generic advice. ATCHIACORP Strategic Advisory supports institutions, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs facing critical strategic moments — whether launching new initiatives, stabilizing operations, or restructuring for long-term sustainability.
Our work draws on more than fifteen years of executive leadership across media, governance, and institutional strategy. We approach mandates with disciplined analysis, deep sector understanding, and practical execution.
You call us when the organization is bleeding. We stop it. Financial instability, governance breakdown, culture collapse — we've seen it all and fixed it. Quietly, decisively, permanently.
We don't manage money — we create it. New revenue streams, sales strategy, partnership monetization, and business models built for long-term sustainability. Known to personally generate up to 40%+ of an organization's annual revenue — excluding her own firm.
90%+ success rate. Federal, provincial, corporate, and foundation funding — we build the full architecture, not just the proposal. From strategy to submission to stewardship.
Legacy organizations don't die — they get modernized. We redesign structures, rebuild cultures, upgrade operations, and position institutions for the next decade. We've done it at the national broadcaster level.
We open doors that stay closed for others. Government, corporate, community, diaspora, and international — we build the relationships that translate into contracts, mandates, and lasting alliances.
HR headaches, governance gaps, board dysfunction — we fix the internal machinery so leadership can lead. Compliance, culture, recruitment, performance frameworks, and board relations handled with precision and discretion.
Bilingual. Bi-cultural. Multi-sectoral. We navigate Francophone, Black, and diaspora communities — in Canada and internationally — with fluency that no generalist consultant can match.
From pitch to market strategy to accelerator readiness — we coach founders to think bigger and perform under pressure. Delivered inside national programs and directly to clients who need to win.
We lead and contribute to pan-Canadian research — policy studies, community consultations, focus groups, and stakeholder engagement. Rigorous, bilingual, and built for decision-makers who need findings that actually move institutions.
"We don't wait for the path to appear.
We build what others can't see yet."

Zaahirah Atchia is a strategic advisor with more than fifteen years of leadership experience across media, governance, and institutional strategy.
She previously served as Regional Director of French Services in Ontario at CBC / Radio-Canada — the first person of colour to hold this role — overseeing strategic direction, operations, and institutional partnerships across multiple platforms.
Her advisory work focuses on organizations navigating transformation, ecosystem development, and complex stakeholder environments. She works across nonprofit, entrepreneurial, and public-interest sectors, bringing executive-level judgment to mandates that require both strategic clarity and practical execution.
A 30+-year-old Francophone media cooperative had aging infrastructure, limited autonomous revenue streams, and no path to sustainability. We led a full technical transformation — modernizing studios, migrating to cloud systems, and launching new event-based and digital services. A local advertising sales strategy was developed, the service offering diversified, and the cooperative stabilised for long-term viability. Result: new revenue streams, expanded service offering, and a cooperative repositioned for the next decade.
Inherited a financially distressed organization that previous leadership had failed to stabilize. Restructured operations, diversified revenue, and restored financial discipline. Achieved surplus within year one — sustained for three consecutive years. Government and community stakeholders formally recognized the turnaround.
Mandated to restore a fractured workplace culture across multiple regional operations. Redesigned editorial strategy, repositioned stations for greater editorial autonomy, and launched thematic editorial desks aligned to each market. Achieved one of the organization's highest employee engagement scores nationally — Gallup 4.15.
Led the expansion of public broadcasting services — extending FM coverage from Windsor to London following citizen demand, and opening the first-ever journalistic bureau in London with zero additional budget. A record achievement in underserved Francophone community access to public media.
Directed HR, operations, and PR for the successful launch of two new banking branches in a rural market during a period of economic uncertainty. Built the organization's first media and PR department from scratch, securing extensive earned media coverage and reducing promotional costs significantly.
Produced high-impact investigative journalism on national issues — casinos, cement industry, sugar conglomerates — that generated sustained national media attention and policy dialogue. Work that moved governments and industries to respond publicly.
